Lynas Road Construction Project

Lynas Road Construction

In 2025, we successfully delivered a major road construction project for Lynas Rare Earths, completing 5 kilometres of road upgrade works to support safe and efficient site operations. The scope included full reconstruction of the subbase and basecourse, followed by spray seal treatment and a 50 mm asphalt wearing course, ensuring long-term durability under heavy industrial traffic conditions.

Tropicana Day Works

Kai Rho continue to manage the day works services at Tropicana Gold Project for mine owner AngloGold Ashanti Australia, delivering this contract since 2018. Services include management of all types of site waste, potable water delivery, dust suppression, and fuel distribution.

MRWA Goldfields Panel Contractor

Kai Rho are panel contractors for MRWA Goldfields since 2023, working on various Goldfields Road projects for Main Roads Western Australia.

Kalgoorlie Nickel Smelter Intersection Upgrade

Upgrade Intersection

Kai Rho managed the upgrade of a road intersection at the Kalgoorlie Nickel Smelter for mine owner BHP.

Mt Keith Projects

Mt Keith Temporary Offices

Kai Rho managed the installation of temporary office facilities at Mt Keith Project for mine owner BHP. This included clear and prep works, install of two offices, ablution and workshop.

DM Roads Panel Contractor

Kai Rho were panel contractors for MRWA Goldfields Maintenance Contract Owner DM Roads from 2019 to 2022, working on various Goldfields Road projects.

Rehabilitation of Internal Roads

Dust Suppression

Kai Rho were contractors on the Fenix Iron Ridge Project in 2021, maintaining dust suppression for the site. Kai Rho worked with Head Contractor MACA to provide day works services to mine owner Fenix.
